Depending on issues, risk profile, priorities and resources, G & L Consultancy Ltd’s consultants can be retained for exclusive use by your company or organisation, on your own premises, from anything from one day a week, to full-time on an interim basis. They can be your legally required 'competent person' or integrate into an existing health and safety team.
The consultant will work with you to ensure that the work undertaken is tailored towards the needs and resources of your company or organisation.
Typically, the consultant will carry out an initial audit to ascertain the current position of your organisation in relation to managing health and safety. The consultant will then use the findings to recommend areas to address, via a prioritised action plan. They will then systematically address the points raised in the action plan, working closely with all the necessary personnel and arranging employee training where necessary.
